Account & login

Trouble signing in? Make sure you're using the email or Sign in with Apple account you originally signed up with. If you're locked out or never received a verification code, email support@lumenfem.app and include the email address on your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app: Settings → Delete Account. This is self-service and immediate — you don't need to contact us.

Reporting a problem or a user

You can report or block anyone directly from their profile or from a chat in the app. Every report is reviewed by a person. See our Community Guidelines for what's and isn't allowed on Lumen.

Verification

Get a verified badge from Settings → Get Verified with a quick selfie check. If your verification was rejected and you think that was a mistake, email support@lumenfem.app.
